Every work is carefully packaged by the artist, according to standardized packaging specifications set by DWYL*. The work is then entrusted to a specialized delivery carrier. A delivery time will be arranged between you and the carrier and the work will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order. The packaging and delivery costs for the work are currently paid for by DWYL*. The delivery costs will only be invoiced if the customer has expressly requested that the work be framed (due to extra weight), or if the delivery destination is not covered by our DWYL* shipping partner and the use of a different carrier, at non-preferential rates is required.
