After a package ships, these are the usual carrier times. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Our promise*
The times on this page are our honest estimates. Making things by hand and on demand is not always predictable, and carriers have their own delays — so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
What we do guarantee: if your order cannot ship within the time shown for it, we will email you before that time runs out with a new expected date. You can then wait, or cancel and get a full refund.

Shipping costs
Shipping for original paintings is free within the United States, insured and tracked. For paintings going to other countries, we quote insured shipping before you pay. For everything else the cost depends on the item, the destination and the method you choose — you will see it at checkout before you pay.
One order, several packages
Some items are made in different places, so one order can arrive in separate packages on different days. Posters, hats, pillows and a few other items always travel on their own. You will get tracking for every package.
Tracking
As soon as a package leaves, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.
Customs, duties & taxes
Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. If your country charges them, the carrier collects them from the recipient on delivery. We cannot predict or refund these charges.
Check your address
Please double-check the address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you; the cost of sending it again is paid by the customer.
Damaged or lost packages
If a package arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the label and the packaging, and keep the packaging. If a package has not arrived within 7 days after its estimated delivery date, let us know and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Every case is reviewed individually — see the Returns policy for what we can do. Once the carrier marks a package delivered to the address given at checkout, we are not responsible for it.
Where we ship
We ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there — usually because of carrier limits or trade restrictions.
Holidays & busy seasons
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. In November and December, and during carrier disruptions or bad weather, making and delivering orders can take longer than usual.
